We chose a web based offering for the 0044 talk solutions, primarily because it enables us to keep costs controlled and therefore offer the best value to our customers for the products and services they need. However, we also recognise that it’s important for you to know who you’re dealing with and for that reason we want to ensure there are several ways that you can contact us.

If you have a query regarding a product or service please visit our Help section in the first instance. If you are unable to find an answer to your question, please email us by filling out our short 'Email Us' form - a member of our support team will respond within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). In the event of requiring urgent technical support outside of office hours please DO email us - we operate a 24/7 monitoring system for all 0044 customers and will endeavour to provide urgent support.

For general enquiries and technical support please call; 0870 950 0044. Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (G.M.T). If you wish to call us from outside the UK please dial; +44 1926 332 153.
We provide support through a dedicated UK based customer service team – not a third party call centre. If you call and the office is closed or the phone lines are engaged please either leave a message or send an email instead and we WILL respond to your enquiry at the earliest available opportunity.

Before attempting to return a SIM card please see our Returns Policy. Products returned to the incorrect address and without correct authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned directly to the sender. Please Email Us for your authorisation code and the returns address and we will deal with your enquiry promptly and efficiently.
