If you are unable to find an answer to your question, please email us by filling out our short 'Email Us' form - a member of our support team will respond within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). In the event of requiring urgent technical support outside of office hours please DO email us - we operate a 24/7 monitoring system for all 0044 customers and will endeavour to provide urgent support.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (G.M.T). If you wish to call us from outside the UK please dial; +44 1926 332 153.
We provide support through a dedicated UK based customer service team – not a third party call centre. If you call and the office is closed or the phone lines are engaged please either leave a message or send an email instead and we WILL respond to your enquiry at the earliest available opportunity.

Products returned to the incorrect address and without correct authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned directly to the sender.
