How does it work?
All you need to do is ensure that your mobile handset is unlocked and then simply switch your UK SIM card for your new French SIM card on arrival. The French SIM card works on a Pay-As-You-Go basis therefore when your credit runs low all you need to do is purchase additional credit in 1000's of retail outlets nationwide.

Calling Plans
With the French SIM card you have a choice of two calling plans.
Weekends and bank holidays: 27p/min.
International Calls
International calls to landlines and mobiles in the UK, Ireland & Europe cost 56p/min. Whilst calls to landlines and mobiles in the USA, Asia and S. Africa cost 63p/min.

A French payg SIM is best for a one-off holiday (e.g. skiing or summer camping trip) or a short break. However, many travelers often assume that payg SIMs are the cheapest and simplest solutions but, particularly within France, this is not necessarily the case. Equally we find people avoiding the ‘Pay-monthly’ option for fear of getting tied up in a ‘contract’ or being caught out by ‘small print’ – this is also not the case with our Pay-monthly option. Topping Up
In order to continue to use the SIM card you must purchase top-up vouchers locally in France. Top-Up vouchers can be purchased at 1000’s of retail outlets (garages, supermarkets, convenience stores etc) nationwide.
Validity
To keep your account active you must top it up at least once every 6 months. The length the calling credit lasts depends on the amount purchased and the date of top-up. All unused credit will roll over once a top-up has been made. You may top-up your SIM in the UK with an Orange Fr voucher bought in France to prolong the life, if required.
Activation
All French SIM cards must be registered under French law before you can obtain your new mobile number. This is a simple process and can be done within 48hrs from our website.
